  I have travelled across several European countries, but this was the only place where I was charged an extra fee for checking in at 9:00 PM. They have different charges depending on the check-in time, and I had to pay an additional €35 for arriving after 7:00 PM. There were several issues with the apartment during my 5-night stay. Like many European apartments this one does'nt have lift and you have to carry all the luggages till second floor.The bathroom flush tank did not work properly and kept leaking. I informed the staff about it, but no one came to repair or fix the issue.Another major problem was that there was no remote for the air conditioner, so we couldn't use the heating at all during our stay. This one was unbearable as we needed it during the night. I reported this as well, but they made no effort to resolve it or provide a replacement remote. On top of all this, they required a refundable security deposit of €250, which I found to be an excessively high amount considering the poor service and lack of maintenance. Overall, my experience was disappointing. Despite raising multiple issues during my stay, none of them were addressed, and the additional charges and large security deposit made the stay feel even less worthwhile. i would say if you are left with no options and have lot of money to waste then you can book this place. when i said i would post all about my experience in my review they offered me to pay some amount as a compensation but the same can be done only if i provide an Eurpoean bank account details along-with not posting my review.
