Super Ausblick, super Lage, super Ausstattung!
Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und die Lage der Unterkunft ist super - man ist sehr schnell (auch zu Fuß) an allen wichtigen Orten. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants, Cafés, Spätis und auch einen Supermarkt. Auch die Wohnung selbst ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Dies gilt gerade auch mit Blick auf Kunstwerke und Möbel. Wie sich auf den Bildern unschwer erkennen lässt, ist der Stil jedenfalls nicht minimalistisch ;-) Ich fand es jedenfalls eine willkommene Abwechslung zum üblichen Einheitsbrei. Praktisch war es, dass das Personal am Tag der Anreise noch einmal Kontakt aufnimmt, um die genaue Ankunftszeit abzustimmen (danke an Filipa auch für die super Tipps). Die Unterkunft befindet sich in der Hausnummer 124, das 9 B bezieht sich auf Etage und Wohnung. Weil das in anderen Bewertungen angesprochen wurde: Von etwaigen Bauarbeiten haben wir nichts wirklich Störendes mitgekriegt. Gleiches gilt für die gegenüberliegende Feuerwehrstation. Allerdings sind die Fenster natürlich nicht neuester Schallschutzstandard und die Straße ist aus Kopfsteinpflaster. In Anbetracht der Vorzüge der Wohnung sollte dies jedoch nicht abschrecken.
Es könnte an irgendeiner Stelle des Check Ins darauf hingewiesen werden, dass das Personal am Anreisetag noch einmal Kontakt aufnimmt und daher die beim Check In angegebene Anreisezeit noch modifiziert werden kann.

El que pudiera aparcar el coche en parking cerrado incluido en el precio de la estancia. Además, la persona responsable estaba en la puerta a nuestra llegada para darnos las llaves. Las vistas desde el alojamiento eran maravillosas. Veíamos el puente 25 de abril y el santuario de Cristo de Rey que de noche se iluminaba.

Everything was great. Seriously. There wasn't a moment when we were like "hmm, why isn't there a ... in here?"
There is one tiny little gripe. It's the Pablo Picasso caricature in the bathroom, which is a bit creepy. My 9 yo said she wouldn't use the bathroom unless Pablo was facing the wall, but that was easy enough
