    Very spacious, a lot of Windows. Comfortable beds. Big shower with a lot of water pressure. Everything was there. Great location, old tram in front. 2 AC's worked amazing.

    In the weekends you hear noise from people going out at a bar in the streets until early morning. You also hear noise from the tram. Although I do think for an old appartment its very well isolated. We slept well despite that. We didn't read before that they need 250 euros deposit. Also after booking you need to check your messages in the app because they will ask this 250 euros or else they will cancel. We were scared we would have problems with this as there were already items broken in the house (lamps, ceramics) and communication with the host was very limited but we got it back quickly.

    Do not recommend this place to stay.

    Appartment is closes to center.

    Owner charge 250€ deposit in case you’ll crash something. But flat is very old and very crashed itself. Limited rules for everything but you’ll not sleep good as there is noise bar nearby. No lift, prepare for hardwork with luggage. Its very hot inside and condition is too old and only in 1 room.

    Schlüsselübergabe war etwas komplizierter, da ich 2 Tage vorher die letzte E-mail nicht gelesen und beantwortet hatte. Wenn sowas passiert, dann braucht man halt ein Schmartphone mit Netzzugang, sonst wirds echt plööt. Aber hat nach etwas stress und mit Hilfe der dortigen Nachbarn dann doch geklappt. Lissabon ist toll und wir waren mit der Wohnanung auch echt zufrieden, denn sie ist groß, angenehme Küche, gut zu lüften und gute Lage.

    Nur Schlüssel zu bekommen war nervig, sonst war alles ok. Liegt aber daran, dass ich bisher kein 'Schmartphone' besitze.
