Exceptional
It was in a perfect spot to get to the transit system and restaurants.
It was noisy until you shut the windows. At night time it was fine.

at a main streetA bad pick due to the combination of a first floor without air-condition
The location was a good one and Christophe the host was a nice and communicative person.
The combination of a fist floor apartment on a main street with no air-condition in the hot season make the apartment unbearable to stay and sleep at. The rooms feels like you are in a sauna. Instead of relaxing after a day in the city you feel like you need to survive from the heat at the apartment. I have booked many many apartments before and never had this kind of experience. An air-condition could have totally changed the experience.

Great overall, owner and host very responsive and made good recommendations when we asked them.
clean, great decor, comfortable beds and spacious enough for six. Lots of additional amenities such as body and laundry products, instant coffee, etc. on hand. Cafe and market, pharmacy just steps away.
It’s an uphill walk from train station and city center (waterfront area) but nothing we couldn’t manage, just something to be aware of.
