  Good stay in Sapa

  The location is great although its uphill so you need yo be able to climb stairs or a hilly road. The staff is very friendly. We stayed in a 3npeople room and each had their bed and lots of space. Beds are comfortable . Breakfast provided at restaurant next door has plenty Asian breakfast options. Lots of shops and restaurants around

  The locations is good but its close to Sapa square so it can be noisy at night until 10 or 11 PM. Using ear plugs helped. The bathroom was very uncomfortable and the room was not suuuuper clean but I thing it's okay by Vietnam standards as per my experience.

  ชอบทุกอย่าง ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยว พนักงานบริการดีมาก ให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก ให้เราใช้ตั๋วแบบคอมโบไปฟานซิปันก่อน แล้วเก็บตังภายหลังจากเช็คเอ้าท์ มีน้ำใจดีมาก

  Excellent location! The hotel is a little older, but the rooms are spacious and have a small balcony. The staff spoke English, although not fluently, but communication was still easy enough to arrange everything I needed. Overall, a good place to stay in a great location for the price you pay!

  The fridge wasn’t working, and although the towels and bed linen were freshly washed, there were still visible stains on them.

  Disappointing cleanliness despite friendly staff Unfortunately, the cleanliness of this accommodation was far below my expectations. The bed linen was visibly stained and did not smell fresh. The bed itself also did not look as though it had been freshly made with clean sheets. There were coffee stains and cup marks throughout the room, along with dust in many areas. The balcony was worn out and poorly maintained, and there were spiders inside the room. The soap and shampoo from the dispensers had an extremely musty smell, which made me question their freshness. The minibar was also empty. On a positive note, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. However, good service cannot make up for such significant cleanliness issues. At €24 per night, I expected a much cleaner and better-maintained room. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this accommodation unless the cleanliness standards are improved.
