Polite staff , excellent location
The property is well located right behind sun plaza which is an excellent location. The property is a bit old but nothing I can complain about

Convenient location. Helpful staff who made an effort to assist with organizational matters, particularly arranging a transfer. I really appreciated their help.
The quality of the stay depends significantly on the room. My initial room was noisy and not very comfortable, but I was moved to a much better room the following day. No shelf in the shower for toiletries.

הכל . מיקום הכי מרכזי בסאפה, המלון נקי ומעוצב בסגנון של שבתים מקומיים. למלון ספא מצויין - חובה לנסות. יש להם כל מני חומרי טיפוח אורגניים מיוצרים ונמכרים במלון. בלובי של המלון תמיד יש תה חם. ארוחת בוקר עשירה וטעימה. המלון עומד ממש במרכז העיר אך ברחוב צדדי וקטן ישר אחרי מלון סאן פלזה המפורסם, שממנו מתחילים דרך לפאנסיפאן. לקחנו סוויטה 50 מ' בקומה חמישית, ישנו עם חלונות פתוחים והיה שקט בלילה. 10 מ' מהמלון יש השכרת קטנועים - השכרנו שם קטנוע מצויין. צוות של המלון מאוד עוזר בכל שאילה . בחדר רחצה יש 2 כיורים ! כך ששני אנשים יכולים להישתמש בכיור בו- זמנית
דבר יחיד : המקלחת לא הייתה נפרדת בשום וילון מהאסלה והכיור והדוש העליון קצת השפריץ לכל הכיוונים, אבל כל כך נהננו מכל השאר שעל זה הייתי מוריד רק 0.2 נקודות
