  The view was incredible! A perfect way to wake up every day. Phoenix was so lovely and the perfect host who responded so quickly to every question we had

  I would like to go back if I have time. I had great memories.

  There isn't much. I can hear people speak ing outside the villa in the morning. The sound of the staff's cars is a little disturbing.

  Breathtaking view and fantastic host.

  Phoenix is a fantastic host. She was super responsive and really on top of things when I needed her to resolve an issue during my last day. The location, though it is not right in the town center, offers the on-of-the-kind view of the valley. The villa is spacious, clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. One more thing about the host - she is very helpful and honest. I asked her where to buy red reshi mushroom in Sapa because I see tons of them at Sapa market and tourist shops, but she told me I shouldn't bother because they don't have it in Sapa and the stuff I saw were all cheap fake stuff imported from China lol. I also booked a trekking tour through her which was actually cheaper than what I would have paid if I had booked online.
