Le personnel était aux petits soins, Léon nous a accueilli à 6:00 du matin et nous a permis de prendre une douche avant de pouvoir récupérer la chambre

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Vietnam. I recommend everyone to book a room here when coming to Sapa!
I love everything about this hotel. It is located in a quiet alley very close to Sapa train station. It’s super clean and all the staff were friendly, especially Leon. We were taking an early bus the next morning, Leon arranged a take out breakfast for us and it was ready for us at 6 am. The buffet breakfast looked fantastic, pity that we didn’t have time to give it a try but we would definitely come again next time!

Great hotel, great location, great service, super comfortable rooms, really hard to find fault with the Sa Pa Horizon Hotel and Skybar. From the time we checked in all staff were warm friendly and super friendly, breakfast was great, and dinner at the skybar was awesome with such a spectacular view, 100% recommend the Sa Pa Horizon Hotel and Skybar. Special thanks to Ms Chau at reception who welcomed us and to Ms Vui upstairs in the restaurant and bar.
