The bed was fairly comfortable even though the heating control didn’t work but I was unhappy we were not able to take a

    Good location.

The showers doesn’t maintain hot water. Had to take a fast shower before hot water runs out then becomes cold water and and up taking a cold shower. The shower handle was broken. I had to keep holding the shower head in order to take a shower. The “window” to a wall was hilarious. The controls to the electric blanket didn’t work.

An outstanding stay in the heart of Sapa with excellent service, great comfort, and a perfect location.

We had a fantastic stay at Sapa Paradise Hotel and were impressed by the excellent service throughout our visit. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located in the city center, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The staff were warm, professional, and always willing to assist with any request. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We truly felt welcomed and would happily stay here again when visiting Sapa.

Nothing at all. Everything met or exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out.
