    Not value for money and cannot sleep at night due to loud sound from main road traffic.

    Location is close to few good restaurants around. Staff was helpful in changing our room.

    The noise from the main road was terrible and too loud. We could not sleep all night due to loud sounds from motorbikes. There is no sound proofing at all!

    The staff at Sapphire Sky Hotel were remarkably welcoming and attentive from the moment we checked in, making our short stay completely seamless. The location is ideal for a relaxing leisure getaway in Serpong with easy access to nearby spots, and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of delicious, freshly prepared dishes that made for a wonderful start to our day.
