    One of the best places I have stayed in

    Absolutely amazing view and nice modern decor. It was very clean and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay including secure garage, easy access to the unit, user friendly appliances and spacious balcony.

    Some black mould on roller blinds in dining room and 2nd bedroom (on far right side when facing window)

    nice clean, great view. only suggestion is when i got there just wanted a cup of tea, there was tea bags but not even on

    it’s noisy,lady in the house next door was blower vacuuming outside at 8am sat morning, just noisy people all weekend.

    U3 Sapphire Waters

    View magnificent. Location excellent. Chinese and Nepalese 2 mins walk. Narooma Hotel 3 mins walk. Narooma Club10 mins walk downhill. Shuttle bus will drop you at your door. Good walks. Comfortable beds. We'll appointed kitchen.

    Only downside is no reverse cycle air con / heating although there is plug in heater and cooler and pedestal fans. Steep driveway and bit of manoeuvring to get car in garage but doable.
