    Very disappointed.

The hotel was tired looking, and needed a decor upgrade. The room was cold and the heating should have been turned on prior to our arrival. The staff were friendly and helpful. The evening meal was bland with a menu that represented “pub grub” and was not representative of an 18th century coaching inn which first attracted us. However the breakfast was excellent. It’s doubtful we would stay in the future.
