The location, because of it We visited their place.
There were several points of dissatisfaction during the stay: The heater was not sufficient for the larger room, and the room remained uncomfortable. I requested both Sri Lankan and English breakfast options. When I asked for additional string hoppers, I was informed that extra servings could not be provided. However, my brother had mentioned that he was willing to pay for the extra portion, but it was still not available. The welcome drink glasses were left outside the room until the next morning. When I raised this issue, I was told that we should have brought the glasses into the room ourselves. It was unclear why guests are expected to handle empty glasses, especially when we were not inside the room at that time.

隔音極差，樓上有小孩在跑，叫了好幾次也是這樣，不能好好休息
房間很大很舒適
隔音極差，樓上說什麼也能清楚聽見，每一步伐也會發出響聲，而且當時入住了一家人，有小孩，一直在跑，晚上在跑，清晨在跑，不能好好休息
