    There are other places to stay in Palm Cove.

    The location is great. Hearing and seeing the beach from bed was great. Good sized bed. Room was okay.

    A boutique hotel is a small, stylish, and independent hotel that offers a personalized and intimate experience instead of standardized brand guidelines. This hotel is not that. It is small but and defiantly not stylish or personalised. No staff after hours, you have a problem you can call the after hours number that eventually gets answered, and a report is taken but nothing is done. Has a pool upstairs with a gate that slams loud enough to wake the dead. If you want pool towels you need to hire them, at the price of the room these should be provided. Common areas needed cleaning, even just picking up the leaves on the rooftop area would have been a start. Room could have done with a good cleaning and a bit of touch up painting. Toilet needed replacing as it was cracked.

    Booking and driving to a location only to have no staff or room available and having to spend my time fighting with booking to get refund for services not provided and then having to find alternative accommodations.
