    Nice, well-equipped apartment, but intrusive host communication and surprise cash fees spoiled the experience.

    The apartment was new, comfortable and well equipped, with enough supplies (toilet paper, kitchen basics) for our entire stay.

    We were charged a €70 cleaning fee, payable only in cash, and were told just a few days before checkout. We were also expected to sort waste according to strict recycling schedules without enough notice. Communication was an issue: the welcome document was a 128 MB PowerPoint, It’s 2026, PDF do exist, impractical in Sardinia where mobile signal is scarce. Communication wasn’t provided in a second language. The host deleted their last WhatsApp messages, which we only received when we regained signal — same with coordination during the stay, despite it being obvious that Sardinian beaches have no coverage. The friendliness felt intrusive at times: they even monitored our air conditioning use while our dog was inside with 35°C outside. It felt like the typical Italian consumer friction, but amplified.

    Das Einzige zu beachten, es gibt kein Wlan (ist aber auch so angegeben). Sonst alles wie beschrieben und bestens!
