  Sehr ruhig gelegen, wunderbarer Aussenbereich und gesamthaft gesehen empfehlenswert

  Der Aussenbereich mit dem Pool und dem Grill war für uns der zentrale Punkt der Anlage. Neue Liegen und Stühle und ein großer Holzkohlegrill. Tolle Außendusche. Schade war, dass der Wasserdruck der Aussenspühle nur gering war

  Die Matratze im mittleren Zimmer war sehr weich und hing durch. Auch die Warmwasserzufuhr in diesem Zimmer funktionierte nicht immer.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Une très jolie maison, pleine de charme, avec de la véritable roche apparente à l’intérieur qui lui donne beaucoup de caractère. La discrétion est assurée, avec un magnifique jardin, une très belle piscine et une superbe vue. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter pleinement du calme et des alentours. Un véritable petit coin de paradis !

  La literie pourrait être améliorée, notamment au niveau des sommiers, qui ne nous ont pas apporté le confort attendu. Un peu plus de confort permettrait de profiter pleinement de bonnes nuits de repos. Concernant les portes de la maison, elles pourraient également être davantage sécurisées, notamment au niveau des fermetures, afin de se sentir encore plus serein.

  We enjoyed the peace and quiet!

  The location is excellent, very very quiet area, peaceful and clean air, 10 min away from shops and good beaches, 30 min from Olbia airport. The property was very clean and host kind and reliable!

  Appealing and quiet, good value for money in low season, up to 6 pax

  We travelled as a group of 6 adults, and probably were the first visitors of the property after a long winter break. Our expectations were a little too high I think, however some positive points that we found of big importance were: friendly hosts, cool 'welcome pack' on arrival, easy check-in and nice location, including private garden. The facilities outside the house and at the pool were in good shape and pleasing. The interior of villa was a fancy try of combining wood and stone, indeed.

  Honestly, our first impression of property (inside house) was a little bit disappointing... Cold, humid premises with that smell of old wooden furniture - a kind of Flintstones cave for us :) After checking some things out and engaging of A/C it went better every day of our stay! Key points that were on the down side: spartan kitchen, pretty old pots, pan, dishes and cups, some beds really need new mattress, wooden doors and bathroom windows need some renovation - hard to open/close, and the warm water system should be upgraded by occasion too, else it's a waste of water in the evening hours.
