  I absolutely do not recommend it.

  The location is good, but the road nearby is extremely busy. As a result, you can hear everything at night because the walls have gaps and the windows don’t close properly (you can see how bad the gaps are in the photos). There are gaps between the bathroom walls and the ceiling, allowing all kinds of creepy crawlies to get inside. It’s genuinely scary to go to the toilet at night. The air conditioning on the ground floor cannot be adjusted, while upstairs it either switches off or turns the room into a freezer. The floors upstairs are unstable and creak terribly. If you started jumping, you’d probably end up downstairs! We both badly bruised our legs on the stairs, to the point of bleeding, so please be careful! There are SO MANY bugs and ants throughout the entire house, including in the beds (especially on the ground floor). There is nowhere comfortable to sit on the terrace. The furniture is extremely uncomfortable, even if you’re not particularly fussy. The property has a kitchen, but it’s dirty. There’s even a gecko living in the fridge, among other things. Absolutely horrifying. The swimming pool is beautiful and the only place that actually looks like the photos. However, the sun loungers are awful and dirty. The food is basic, and I don’t have much else to say about it. It was included for free thanks to my Booking.com Genius benefits, but if I had to pay for it, I’d much rather eat somewhere in town. They advertise scooter rentals, but I recommend going to a rental shop nearby instead. You’ll get better scooters for a lower price. We didn’t rent from them because they were asking for an outrageous amount of money. I genuinely do NOT recommend this place. There are significantly better places to stay where you won’t have to spend every night jumping out of your skin because there are bugs in your bed. :)

  Dużym plusem była możliwość późnego zameldowania (23.00). Na szczególną pochwałę zasługuje obsługa – pracownicy byli bardzo sympatyczni, uśmiechnięci i życzliwi. Teren obiektu jest pięknie zaaranżowany, z dużą ilością tropikalnej roślinności, która tworzy wyjątkowo przyjemną atmosferę.

  Niestety, największym rozczarowaniem był stan pokoju. Na ścianie widoczne były rozległe ślady zawilgocenia, odpadający tynk oraz oznaki zagrzybienia (zdjęcie w załączeniu). To nie tylko problem estetyczny, ale przede wszystkim kwestia higieny i potencjalnego zagrożenia dla zdrowia. Pokój wymaga pilnego remontu i usunięcia przyczyny wilgoci. W naszej ocenie nie powinien być udostępniany gościom w takim stanie. Kolejnym minusem jest lokalizacja. Obiekt znajduje się ponad 2 km od Ubud Palace, a dojście do centrum prowadzi wzdłuż bardzo ruchliwej i wąskiej drogi, praktycznie pozbawionej chodników i poboczy. Spacer jest niekomfortowy, a szczególnie po zmroku może być niebezpieczny. Rozczarowała nas również organizacja śniadań. Ze względu na poranny rejs promem musieliśmy wymeldować się o 6:45. Pomimo opłaconego śniadania poinformowano nas, że nie możemy z niego skorzystać, ponieważ jest serwowane dopiero od 7:30. Nie zaproponowano nam nawet prostego pakietu śniadaniowego na wynos. W obiekcie nastawionym na turystów oczekiwalibyśmy większej elastyczności. Podsumowanie: Obiekt ma niewątpliwie swój urok i bardzo życzliwą obsługę, jednak nie rekompensuje to poważnych niedociągnięć. Największym problemem jest stan pokoju, który wymaga natychmiastowej interwencji. Szkoda, ponieważ miejsce ma potencjał, ale w obecnym stanie trudno nam je polecić.
