Excelente location
The best thing is the location, it is right on the main street of the city. The room was clean, looks nice and pleasant. The wifi worked well. The stuff was extremely nice and helpful!
The water wasn't so hot all the time. At check in we had to collect the keys from a different location (about 10 minutes walk from the apartment), it wasn't too bad or something and maybe it was just because we checked in relatively late (20:30), but it's something to take in account with luggage and bags.
