A lovely time in Milan, be prepared and have your money ready!!
The location was ok but extremely let down by the awful graffiti surrounding the apartment. Spacious property, hot water in showers . Close to many amenities cafes, bars and Carrefour supermarket. this is not a quiet area, inside the apartment or outside.
Very, very expensive for what it was, no extra bedding provided, no full set of cutlery - some knives missing, dusty radiators in bathroom, smell of drains/sewer in the bathroom, ( I know this is due to how plumbing works in Europe). A large property is hard to keep clean - some of us are sure we received insect bites after lying on one of the navy blue sofas which was also had crumbs on it. They did come and vacuum it after we pointed this out. The biggest complaint was the tedious room entry system, very difficult to gain access - not helpful to expect guests to watch a Youtube video to find out how to get in!!! I do not think the video explained how to leave the property locked as requested, we had to struggle for several minutes, succeeding with trial and error - not good in the Italian sun. Produce a laminated list of the steps needed to gain access and lock the property; this will save the frustrations of future guests.

Location
Check in scam - provide them with all personal information, passport scan and selfie for all guests or pay them 20 or 40 euros to avoid this. The available bathrooms falsely advertised as 3 when only 2 were working and we booked this as we were a large group. Every towel provided stank of smoke, boiler stopped working during stay, staff rude to one of our group. Lots of poorly maintained or broken furniture and some light switches also didn't work.
