    Awful, fraudulence

    Absolutely nothing

The apartment was not prepared for our arrival. The sheets and towels were not changed, the trash wasn't taken out, the floor was dirty. We tried to contact the host, but he didn't answer any calls. Booking support agent couldn't reach him either, all the calls were ignored. The messages were ignored for a long time. The host refused to return the money even though we didn't use the property – we immediately left for another hotel, which we had to book given the condition of the apartment. He is still ignoring Booking support messages.

    Buena estancia
