    Very good location The staff were very friendly and available for any questions

    The drainage system made some smell at some point from the bathroom.

    We really enjoyed our stay with Alessandro. He made sure everything went smoothly and was always very kind and available whenever we needed him. The house is very well located, right in the heart of the old town. Just bear in mind that it’s a busy area, normal for Naples. It’s also very central and easy to get around by train. Overall, it offers good value for a weekend stay.

    Location only.

    The room was extremely uncomfortable and small. Myself and my husband were surprised it's a 4 star hotel, it should be 2. The room was small, bed was upstairs, which had really dangerous high set of stairs with little room for feet and screws popping out.. The breakfast included was to go to a cafe on a different street, which gives you one drink and one danish ONLY. I would not recommend it.
