    Everything about Sassafras Springs is a standout! From the warm welcome, cosiest cabin, freshest farm produce to the absolute supreme rainforest that exits onto a hill with breathtaking views of distant mountains. This place will leave you rested, restored, and your soul humming with peace.

    Having a weekend away that exceeded my expectations. The cottage was exactly what I was hoping for. The abundance of firewood, a hot bath after a long walk, and a welcoming supply of port to sip by the fire enhanced my expectations.The valley views and rainforest walk through the property tipped my experience into the exceptional. I will be back!

    Loved it - we hope to be back sometime!

    Beautiful location; clean, cosy cottage with wood fire (we stayed in Pearl’s); stunning walking trails around property. Grant was friendly and helpful, especially as we had to check in late.

    The location was spectacular, we loved doing the walk on the property. The hosts were incredibly welcoming. The hut was super cosy, with everything we needed to make the most of a rainy cold winters weekend.
