Je recommande un séjour dans ces habitations troglodytes au coeur de Matera!
Hébergement insolite fonctionnel et spacieux. Très propre!

La particolarità della struttura. L'esperienza della casa-grotta con ,ovviamente dei comfort per "viverla" è stato affascinante. La posizione ottima per visitare la città vecchia.
Poca cura nei dettagli anche importanti (prese volanti con fili scoperti , Listino prezzi di bevande senza senso visto che il frigo bar è vuoto, suppellettili con muffa...) Inoltre all'arrivo (2 ore dopo il possibile check in ) la struttura non era pronta . Nessuno presente. Al telefono , dopo le scuse ,c è stato chiesto di ritardare l'ingresso di un'ora e mezza circa e , anche se non ho preteso nulla , mi è stato detto che per l inconveniente avrebbero offerto o un servizio o un rimboso. Finito il soggiorno ho chiesto cosa mi dovevo aspettare ma purtroppo dopo 9 giorni nessuno si è premurato nemmeno di dire che era stato detto tanto per dire visto che non è stato fatto nulla. Il fascino della struttura non può bastare per rendere accettabile soggiornare qui.
