The apartment has two floors and three balconies. It is in a great location, offering beautiful views of both the city and the sea. It’s very close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The soundproofing is excellent—with the windows closed, you can hardly hear any street noise. The air conditioning works perfectly on both floors, keeping the place cool. Additionally, providing a beach umbrella was a very convenient touch.
We paid for the apartment to be cleaned, but it was not properly cleaned by the time we arrived. The entire place was covered in dust and other people’s hair. Instead of relaxing, we had to spend half a day cleaning it ourselves. Furthermore, the bed linens provided had yellow stains of unknown origin, and the towels also contained someone else's hair. The bed creaks very loudly. There is a safe in the room, but it isn’t secured to the wall and could easily be stolen. In the bathroom, the shower is broken and dirty, and there is mold on the wall. The clothes hanger in the room was also broken. If you want to clean up after yourself in the toilet, you can't, simply because there is no toilet brush. Basic essentials like trash bags and dish soap were completely missing. Additionally, the water heater takes ages to heat up; once the hot water is used, you have to wait about half an hour to take a shower. Finally, the frying pans are in terrible condition and need to be replaced—it is unsafe to cook food in them.

Tutto molto accogliente,pulito e ordinato, come stare a casa ma nel centro di Tropea. Punto perfetto per godersi a pieno questo posto.
