    The location was great, the check-in was easy despite us changing the arrival time several times. Served the purpose of a convenient accommodation in Glasgow.

    The apartment was very basic and dated for the price we paid, it looked like it was just quickly cleaned and the receptionist from the hotel did not really tell us anything about the apartment when we arrived and we had to figure everything out ourselves. Outside of that, we felt safe there and it served the purpose we booked it for. The biggest issue we faced was the check-out when we asked for the invoice. It was negotiated beforehand but when it came to that, it was not issued correctly and when I disputed that the price was missing on the invoice, the staff refused to do anything about it and just ignored me. It was only after I called the Booking customer service, and they reminded them it was the accommodation´s responsibilty as a tax payer to issue the invoice correctly, was it fixed. I guess the accommodation is fine for personal vacations but I really do not recommend it when you need anything from them apart from the keys to the apartment. The staff also did not speak much English either.

    Location and size was good

    Bit dated and lack off few things like utensils no blinds on living room lack of towels Very basic for the price you pay

    Good value apartment for a group trip, in great location

    Cheap and cheerful apartment in good location in west end. 5 of us stayed here with a spare bed and it was all comfortable and did the job for a really good price.

    The apartment is in a bit of a dodgy building but we had no issues!
