Paid a premium price for two nights with frustration with the staff on something that should have been repaired, get rid

Location was good with very nice view of the east bay

The keypad door lock was broken, we were unable to lock the door as we left for the day, the broken deadbolt keypad was evident upon arrival and we immediately shared this with the staff to which they were certain that we didn’t understand how the device worked, after several phone calls the following day and returning to find a service man making a small fix to a busted door, thankfully the service man let us in because our code for entry was wiped. Also the rug was a major trip hazard
