Best of Florence
The staff was always present and always friendly. Some mornings, I was able to have pleasant conversations with them and they provided excellent advice for places to see while there. The room was excellent, I had a view of the beautiful city streets. One of the best aspects was the rooftop view, you could see so many different parts of the city high up.
I was in a number of different hotels throughout Italy during 2 weeks, and this hotel beat them all. There is nothing I didn't like.

Net hotel maar problematisch verblijf door absurde regeling mbt onze hond
Net hotel en kregen update.
Je mag wel in je boeking je hond meenemen naar het hotel tegen betaling van een aanzienlijk bedrag per nacht, wat we ervoor over hadden, maar dan : In tegenstelling tot alle andere gefrequenteerde hotels in Italië en Frankrijk, mag hij niet mee naar het ontbijt, noch naar het restaurant en mag hij ook niet alleen op de kamer blijven. Nooit geweten en : Onpraktisch ! > Verplicht om ontbijt op de kamer te nemen (wat wij een heel onpraktisch gedoe vinden zonder ontbijttafel op de kamer) of om beurten te gaan eten, wat erg associaal is (!?) Bovendien : Moe na een lange autotrip, konden we niet daar op restaurant en moesten we dan ook nog eens ‘s avonds de stad in voor een restaurant, waar een hond wel werd toegelaten. Domme regeling is dat ! Gaan we nooit meer naartoe !
