  Hosts, staff, location, reception and organization of all activities, cleanliness and beuty and, of course, wine and food. The days in Savignola are unforgettable.

  Beautiful place but unfortunately fell short in regards to hospitality

  The actual accommodation is beautiful- gorgeous house, views, and surroundings!

  While the location and house was beautiful, the experience fell short of expectations due to barebones amenities (nothing in the kitchen and asked originally to pay for oil for cooking, no soap, asked to remove our own trash) and consistently poor staff interactions. We found the service to be unhelpful (got flat out ignored when asked for recommendations), and combative/condescending (ie, when the hot water turned off, we kindly asked for some help to turn it off and given a speech how it was our fault; when asked for a bill given a condensing speech about how invoices work; when the menu changed we wernt given any notice and couldnt eat what was made and was made to feel like it was our fault), ultimately making us feel like we were only paying for the setting, not for hospitality.

  We had an incredible stay at the villa in Greve in Chianti! The property itself was stunning — spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located for exploring the Chianti region. The views of the vineyards and rolling hills were unforgettable, and the villa had everything we needed for a relaxing and luxurious holiday. A huge thank you to Alice and the team, who were absolutely amazing. They were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. From thoughtful touches to helpful recommendations, their hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable.
