After 10:00 p.m. there should be no more noise that affects the rest of other guests. -To use the parking lot, it is mandatory to leave the keys to your vehicle available inside a master lock, so that in case you need to move it, the neighbor can do so, this is because they are shared spaces. Upon your arrival, we will request a security deposit of $1.000, which will be returned 24 hours after your departure, provided no incidents occur.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.     Greta value apartment with lovely balcony

    Amazing balcony and views. Handy having a washing machine. Comfortable bed, good shower and kitchen amenities. Good support on Whatsapp with any queries. Good location in San Rafael

    Apartment gets too hot with the sun coming in all day. Blackout blinds needed in living area as well as the bedroom!

    A beautiful apartment! Everything one needs.

    Hosts need to arrange a place where renters can temporarily store luggage if arriving early or have a flight much later than apartment check-out time.

    Great value, well appointed apartment with a nice balcony. Good location with lots to visit quite nearby. Felt safe as a

    Great location in a nice neighbourhood with easy access to Metro or Metrobus and plenty of things close enough to walk to. The apartment had a lovely balcony and was on top floor with a great city view, and was a real suntrap all day. The apartment was well appointed with plenty of space. Lovely rooftop terrace for residents to use, plus a small gym was available. I didn’t hear any other residents while I was there, just quite a lot of street noise, as to be expected. Lots of support from the apartment contact, and I did ask a lot of questions! She was always quick to reply and helpful. Safe and secure entrance and exit to the apartment block

    The living area especially, got way too hot during the day. Another set of blackout blinds is needed, like in the bedroom. A third fan would help too. Clear instructions on how and where to put rubbish bags, were missing. The bed is a standard double, and a king size would be much much better for 2 people
