  Ideaal. Ruime kamers en aardige medewerkers.

  Abdelfattah was een uitstekende host. Vanaf begin af aan gaf hij ons een warm welkom en tips over de plekken op Seychellen. Gedurende ons verblijf konden we altijd terecht met vragen. Verder is het eten uitstekend en ligging perfect. Kamers zijn ruim en schoon! Ook bij het uitchecken werden we heel goed geholpen door Armia. Heel erg gastvrij!

  We had a very enjoyable stay at Savoy, and the hotel made thoughtful gestures to make our honeymoon special, for which we are genuinely grateful. The staff were generally professional, helpful, and welcoming. A special thank you to Carissa, Sugath, Garry, and Abdelfattah, who made our stay even more enjoyable.

  Unfortunately, our experience with the administration and the checkout process was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. When our flight was cancelled, the administration initially refused to offer any refund. Eventually, they agreed to change our dates but asked us to pay an additional fee, despite the same dates being available at a lower price on Booking.com. After further discussion, they eventually agreed to honour the original price without charging us extra. The most frustrating incident happened at checkout. Alana at reception explicitly told us that everything was settled and that we could leave. We therefore departed in the taxi arranged by the hotel to catch our ferry. Around 10 minutes later, the hotel called the taxi driver midway through the journey and asked him to bring us back because they had apparently forgotten to charge us an additional €48. This was completely unacceptable. We had already been told that we were free to leave, and the hotel then put us at risk of missing our ferry because of its own mistake. Even more concerning, nobody initially explained what the additional charge was for. We had to ask repeatedly before Alana finally provided an explanation. The entire situation was unnecessarily stressful and could have been avoided with proper communication and professionalism. In the end, we paid the money through the taxi driver, giving him €50 because we did not have the exact change in foreign coins while travelling. The way this was handled left us feeling that the administration cared more about collecting additional money than treating guests fairly or taking responsibility for its own mistakes. It is a real shame that such a pleasant stay was overshadowed by these incidents. The hotel itself and many of its staff deserve praise, but the administration and the way the checkout issue was handled fell far below the standard expected of a hotel of this calibre.

  Fantastique

  Excellent séjour au savoy de Mahé.Elmo, Carissa et Andri étaient exceptionnels de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Ils m’ont fêté mon anniversaire et notre voyage de noces par beaucoup de cadeaux et de surprises. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel qui est très bien situé et le personnel est adorable.
