    Nehigijena. Stan deluje kao da duži vremenski period uopšte nije čišćen. Prašina i prljavština ispod kreveta u spavaćoj sobi su užasni i zaista gadni. Pločice u kupatilu izgledaju kao da se neko po njima ispovraćao, da je loše očišćeno i da se tako loše očišćeno skorelo. Higijena je -10 od 10.
