    Very good value for money, great apartment and superb location

    Savvas was very nice and helped us settle in. The apartment is big, with 3 bedrooms and a big living room. It was very clean, and we found the kitchen very well equipped.

    It was a bit tricky to find the apartment, but when I called Savvas, he came right away and helped us get in. The view from the balcony and the surroundings are not that nice, but the apartment and location make up for it.

    Excellent place, excellent host - highly recommended!

    It's a great flat in a very central location equipped with all the appliances (microwave, dishwasher, fridge, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine etc - all new), each bedroom has a *new* AC, the entire flat is very well kept, it was super clean, super comfortable. It also features a great balcony. The whole flat is of a great size, very comfortable for a family. The flat is located very close to the sea, there is a big shop behind it, also another assive supermarket in 19 mins walk. There are many amaIng restaurants in less than 1 min walk from it. It's perfect location. But above all Savvas is an exceptional host who is going out of his way to make his guests feel comfortable. I could not recommend him highly! We are going to be back for sure.

    These are NOT negative points, but one needs to be aware that the flat is on the first floor (one floor above the ground level) and accessible only via stairs. The flat is located at the very end of the high street which is very noisy. We were lucky that the building opposite the flat and two former clubs just next to the flat were closed down and not functioning for a while, otherwise it may have been an extremely noisy place. I guess one needs to check before arriving. And this is definitely not the fault of the host, but important detail that might help in booking.
