Extremely disappointing. misleading listing and unacceptable customer service
The location is nice and the building itself is very nice.
Unfortunately, my experience with this property was extremely disappointing, especially considering the high price I paid. I was supposed to receive my apartment details at 16:00, but I didn’t receive them until 19:00. During those three hours, I was left on the street with my luggage, repeatedly trying to contact customer service, but nobody answered. When I finally checked in, I immediately contacted them because the apartment I received was completely different from the one shown in the pictures. I waited another two hours for a response, only to be told that this was the only apartment available. This was not true — I could see on Booking.com that four other apartments were still available for my dates. The apartment I was given was on the 9th floor, so it did not have the nice views that the apartments on the higher floors appeared to have. It also had several problems: * There was only a small uncomfortable sofa that was broken and too uncomfortable to sit on. * The kitchen lights could not be turned off unless the lights were physically removed. * The bathroom was extremely small. * The AC took around two hours to cool the apartment, and at first I thought it was broken and my requests for assistance with these issues were largely ignored. I paid a high price because I expected a luxury apartment with beautiful views and a high-quality experience. Unfortunately, I received none of that. What made the experience even worse was the terrible communication and lack of customer service. I arrived in Jerusalem at 15:00, but I only managed to properly unpack and settle into the apartment around 22:00 because I spent hours waiting for responses and trying to resolve these issues. This experience completely ruined my first day in Jerusalem. The apartment itself was disappointing, but the lack of communication and customer support was the biggest problem. For the price they charge, I expected a completely different level of service.
