    very good apartment, reasonable price , responsive owner - overall very positive experience

    great view, very nice balcony, modern appliances, convenient location, very clean, 3 bathrooms

    the dryer does not really work - seems like it needed to be properly connected to vent. Very minor thing - few over-the-door hooks for towels in the bathroom would be really nice to have.
