    Excellent value for money as always and staff always on hand should you need anything.

    Location and facilities in the villa all good. Pool and evening outside area under a fan welcomed. A:C is super cold but be mindful not to leave on when you go out as you are charged separately for electric used.

    Been here a few times and needs a bit of an update re the furniture and bedrooms etc. it’s clean but looking a bit tired now. The villa we had this time was opposite the road so more noise etc from the road which we didn’t notice last time as we were nearer the back so quieter. FYI There is a 10,000 baht deposit to pay in cash only when you arrive to cover any damages and electric bill at the end so please be aware of this xx

    Privat und entspannt

    Völlige Privatsphäre und ein toller Pool. Thai-Essen 50m entfernt und ausgezeichnet.

    Leider ist es teilweise sehr abgewohnt. Wasserschäden/Flecken an allen Wänden, die Klimaanlage so laut wie ein Bulldock. Kücheninventar hat die besten Zeiten längst schon gesehen. Reparaturen im Pool und am Gebäude sind mal irgendwann stümperhaft erledigt worden. Wir fanden den Aufenthalt trotzdem klasse, es ist eben nicht Deutschland. Übrigens ist es ein ganzes Stück zu fuss... Auto oder Roller notwendig
