Reaching out to Marriott to give me the confirmation number for the two rooms was a HUSTLE. They also didn't want to give it to the people sleeping in the rooms. I had to call like 5 times, explain myself several times, and write emails. Honestly, the year ended while I was at it.

Great pool wonderful, great location for us. Didn't get to the beach unfortunately it looked fabulous.
Old villa, Vernon Restaurant closed Monday evening, Starbucks closed Wednesday morning, no internet again stayed at 3 Marriotts no internet at all 3, staff couldn't connect. In US 8 weeks and had internet everywhere else we stayed. Had to pay for parking at our Villa, at Marriott Riverside Savannah we had to pay $45 for parking per night so very disappointing. Charged $25 per day for children to play. Just whack a charge in at every opportunity. Amazing we where not charged to swim in the pool.

Pretty view, bad experience.
The view from the lobby was amazing, but that’s about it. The AC in the hotel room and conference rooms kept going out. I’m pretty sure they only turn their water heaters on between 6 AM and 9 AM to save money. Any other time it was a cold shower. The bed was comfortable but the room was so hot at night. Would not stay here again.

Overpriced for what you get.
Stayed in the 1300 block of the villas. Our reservations upon arrival were incorrect, they had us at two nights and we had to show them our reservation only for one. Staff was helpful to correct it. The room is dated and dingy - just not very clean. The walls are extremely paper thin to the point you can hear everything the neighbors are saying. Getting breakfast is pretty inconvenient the way the place is set up and staying in the villas is pretty inconvenient if you enjoy accessing onsite amenities. It is walkable… but not very enjoyable in humidity. I’ve stayed at super 8s that have felt more cleanly than here.
