La struttura si trova in una zona tranquilla, non è al centro ma nelle vicinanze ci son le spiagge, diversi negozi e supermercati. L' appartamento è molto pulito, moderno e provvisto di tutto l' occorrente. Il soggiorno perciò risulta essere rilassante e tranquillo. Ci ritornerò volentieri.

The apartment was disappointingly unclean, with kitchen utensils in particularly poor condition, showing visible grime and wear. Essential toiletries with only minimal supplies provided. The cookware, made of Teflon, was heavily scratched, raising safety concerns for food preparation. Located close to a busy main street, the apartment suffered from excessive noise, as the windows failed to provide adequate sound insulation, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the walls were extremely thin, allowing us to hear the neighbors' conversations and even their phone vibrations, further disrupting our stay. As a frequent traveler to Nettuno, I found this apartment unsuitable for a calm, relaxing summer holiday, especially at its current price. I believe the cost should be halved to reflect its quality. I do not recommend renting this property for a peaceful vacation.
