In my 48 years of numerous travels and hotel stays, the worst experience by far.
Nothing
Inability to get my luggage to the hotel as cars are not allowed in the harbor areas where it is located I had to carry 3 - 23 kg suitcases, each at a time, for a ten minute up and downhill walk then go back to the car and get another one, etc It took me more than an hour and half to get my luggage to the hotel and it was cold and raining all the time and I didn’t have an umbrella. What a night mare it was. Absolutely unacceptable to treat customers like this. It’s not a cheap youth hostel. Their prices don’t reflect the ABCs of basic decency and helping their clients The hotel told me no porter was available to help and that I had to book the porter well in advance !! To start with I didn’t know that no traffic is shared around the hotel. Neither booking. com nor the hotel told me about it when I booked and in my view, it as against all basic norms of decency and customer service to run a hotel in this area without having a porter available 24/7 !! What if somebody has to leave for an emergency in the middle of the night. How can they transport their luggage? Breakfast was very poor I had to wait for twenty minutes to have anything to eat because they ran out of everything at the same time!! No eggs tomatoes cucumber coffee orange juice … and the choices were extremely limited and poor

Great boutique hotel.
Beautiful, spacious room. The location was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room had a great view...
I suppose the downside to being in the center of the old town is no cars can get to the location, so you do have to walk about 7 minutes with your luggage. I would say it was worth the effort though.
