  An unforgettable stay, made special by an extraordinary host Our two-bedroom villa was beautifully designed, thoughtfully furnished, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. And the sea view? Absolutely breathtaking. One important thing to mention is that, if the other two villas are occupied at the same time, the courtyard and swimming pool are shared with the other guests. Scalma Villas is truly pet-friendly, and we felt genuinely welcome with our German Shepherd, Ulf. There is also a lovely dog named Perla who comes to visit every day. She is gentle, playful, and quickly became Ulf’s perfect companion. As wonderful as the villa, the views, and the overall experience were, everything was surpassed by the kindness and generosity of our host, Giorgos. We had originally planned to stay for just four nights, but Giorgos made our stay so special that we ended up extending it to eight. In those eight days, he became so much more than a host — he became a friend. Leaving was surprisingly emotional, and we actually drove away with tears in our eyes. Giorgos recommended the best places to visit, shared wonderful local spots with us, and made sure we experienced the very best of the area. But what truly showed us who he is happened when we faced an unexpected medical emergency on a Sunday. He stayed by our side, helping us find doctors and guiding us through a stressful situation when we needed help the most. His kindness, availability, and genuine concern meant more to us than words can express. Scalma Villas is a beautiful place to stay, but Giorgos is the reason it became a place we will never forget. We will absolutely return and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a wonderful stay in Greece — especially those travelling with their four-legged family members.

  Καταπληκτική!

  Το κατάλυμα είναι καταπληκτικό είχε ότι χρειαζόμασταν πολύ καλά οργανωμένο και προσεγμένο!!! Ευχαριστηθήκαμε την πισίνα και την θάλασσα που ήταν ακριβώς έξω από τον κήπο μας ,πραγματικά τέλειο για όποιον θέλει να χαλαρώσει και να απολαύσει στιγμές ησυχίας!

  Our stay at Scalma Villas was nothing short of extraordinary. The villa itself is brand new, featuring a sleek, modern architectural design built with top-tier materials, tiles, cabinets, and countertops—it even still has that wonderful "new house scent." The smart home technology made it effortless to adjust the ambient lighting and automated blinds throughout the house. Our 2-bedroom unit was immaculately clean, featuring flat-screen TVs with Netflix in every room, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, stove, and coffee maker), a washing machine, hair dryers, and plenty of fresh sheets, blankets, and towels. The layout in each of the two bedrooms includes a separate half-bath alongside a massive, relaxing walk-in shower room that truly felt like a luxury spa experience. We also loved having private, remote-controlled gated parking right on the property, complete with an electric vehicle (EV) charging station. The outdoor space is absolute paradise. You open the back yard gate, and you are literally right on the beach, where private umbrellas and sunbeds are set up waiting for you. The private swimming pool, gorgeous outdoor ambient lighting, comfortable patio furniture, and an outdoor refrigerator stocked with cold water made spending days outside a breeze. They’ve thought of every detail, including outdoor showers to rinse off sand from the ocean before jumping into the pool. The view from the back of the villa is completely majestic, with an uninterrupted panorama of the sea and surrounding mountains, along with the magical sight of night lights reflecting off the water. What truly elevated our stay from great to world-class was the property manager, George Stamatis. His personalized service is unmatched. He was waiting for us the moment we arrived to hand over the keys, give us a full tour, and show us how to use the smart home system.

  George Stamatis went above and beyond by personally driving me to the local grocery store to help me shop for everything we needed for our stay. He also took me to a local restaurant, introduced me directly to the owner to ensure we received top-notch food and service, and provided menus for local pizza and food delivery right to the villa. He was regularly on site discreetly maintaining the property and cleaning the pool, and was always instantly reachable via cell phone or Viber. Every four days, a professional cleaning team came in to refresh the entire villa with crisp new sheets and towels. The location is ideal—peaceful and right on the water, yet conveniently close to all the best attractions, dining, and sights the area has to offer. We even had the pleasure of meeting the lovely family staying on the other side of the villa, and we ended up becoming great friends during our stay! If you are looking for a state-of-the-art, luxury beachfront getaway with five-star hospitality, look no further than Scalma Villas. We cannot wait to return!

  The house was situated in very quite area, right on the beach. The house was newly built, with modern amenities, would definitely recommend for families with kids who prefer quiet and relaxed holidays. Jorgo who takes care of the villas, was also very helpful and easily reachable whenever we needed anything, his suggestions for restaurants were great.
