    Trevlig men mannens bemötande mot både mig och mina föräldrar var inte acceptabelt.

    Det är ett trevligt hotell med en trevlig frukostavdelning trots hotellets storlek.

    Jätteobekväma kuddar och extrasängarna kändes sådär fräscha. Väldigt stökigt att ta sig dit IOM ombyggnad. Hade den mest otrevliga personalen som jag någonsin träffat på ett hotell men också den trevligaste. Det jobbade en man i receptionen som var extremt otrevlig från första start. Ville inte på något sätt förstå, hjälpa till eller förklara. Han sa saker som gick helt emot vad den enormt trevliga kvinnan i samma reception sa. Som tur var tog hon över .
