Invivibile durante i mesi estivi
Nelle condizioni attuali la struttura risulta invivibile durante i mesi estivi. Con una maggiore manutenzione e l'installazione di condizionatori e tende la situazione potrebbe migliorare, ma al momento non mi sento di consigliarla per le vacanze estive
La casa è priva di aria condizionata e le temperature interne hanno raggiunto i 31 °C. L'ingresso si affaccia direttamente su una strada molto transitata ed è costantemente esposto alla luce. Le finestre del soggiorno e della camera da letto non dispongono di tende, con una totale mancanza di privacy e nessun riparo dal sole che batte tutto il giorno. Il giardino è interamente cementato e privo di erba; durante il giorno è inutilizzabile per via del calore battente. L'esterno appare trascurato, con piante secche e foglie accumulate sui gradini. L'erba cresceva incolta lungo la strada finché la mattina presto non sono passati gli operai comunali a tagliarla. Nel bagno piccolo lo sciacquone non funziona correttamente. Il bidet del bagno grande è posizionato in modo poco pratico ed è quasi inaccessibile, costringendo a piegarsi di lato per utilizzarlo.
