Great location; some areas to work on

The location is fantastic - right in the heart of the old town. Comfortable bed and pillows.

It was very hard to find. Would've been helpful to say 'head to the San Nicola Basilica'. 'Breakfast' was included but that was only coffee. Had to pay for our pastries with a very grumpy woman at the café. The 'fitted' sheet on the bed was too small, couldn't stay tucked in. The fridge had been defrosted but not wiped out - shelves were swimming in water. This place could be superb with a few small adjustments.
