Beautiful Surroundings And it’s kept clean
1. Hot water capacity was insufficient for our group of six guests. When showering sequentially, the last two people had no hot water left, making showering very unpleasant. 2. Complete loss of mains water occurred at approximately 11 pm on our second night. There was no running water for showers, and toilets could not be flushed. Management initially claimed it was a council‑wide water outage and offered no practical solution. 3. The water outage lasted through the whole night and continued into day three of our trip. Staff visited at 9 am on the morning of check‑out and confirmed the issue stemmed from the property’s water tank, not a municipal outage. We were informed water would return within one hour. 4. No water had been restored by our 10 am check‑out time. We were forced to end our stay under unacceptable conditions. 5. For a professionally managed holiday home, basic regular maintenance is expected. This avoidable tank failure ruined part of our travel.

Great Property-You won't be disappointed
We loved the location of the property. There was plenty of space for everyone. The spa and view were fabulous. Plenty of amenities in the house. The little notes were helpful. Not too far out of town, yet far enough out to be peaceful. The heatpumps in the room were welcome especially with the coldsnap we experienced.
Nothing. We loved our time at this property, would definitely recommend to friends and family and book again to stay.
