Please note that car access is not possible in winter. The closest public parking space is 0.9 mi downhill from the holiday home. From there, everything (including groceries) has to be carried or brought with a sleigh to the property (available from the owner when collecting the keys). Alternatively, you can drive to the Kanzelbahn parking space, which is 1640 feet above the holiday home. From there, the property can be reached by sleigh or on skis. Please note that snow chains are required on this road which is not paved and is often difficult to drive on in heavy snow. Please note that during the winter months (November - March) an extra fee of 10€ per person is required for the transport of bed linens and other necessities to the property.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

    Relax e natura!

    Abbiamo trascorso una settimana molto piacevole a Kanzelhoe! Schalale ha il fascino di uno chalet rustico, molto accogliente e confortevole. Posizione ottima per numerose passeggiate ed escursioni nei dintorni, pace e tranquillità assicurate e panorami mozzafiato (vista sui laghi anche dal portico dello chalet). Host gentili e disponibili, altamente consigliato!

    Mi sentirei di consigliare a chi intende soggiornare di fare un po' di scorta in dispensa, ci sono rifugi raggiungibili a piedi per pranzare, ma la sera sono chiusi e il supermercato più vicino si trova a circa 35 minuti di tornanti
