Beautiful apartment right next to the main square
Well-presented apartment just a few steps away from the main square of Kraków's old town. Solid wood furnishings, clean and functional utilities, air conditioning. Communication from the staff were clear and they even reached out a few days into our stay to ask if we needed any more toiletries/linen.
There's no elevator, not a big issue for us but definitely not accessible to those less able-bodied. And while the windows did a decent job of blocking sound, during the evening some noise from the crowds still bleeds through, which is to be expected given the location really.

Siamo arrivati la camera era pulita, abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni ma non è stata effettuata nessuna pulizia e cambio di asciugamani, il kit di cortesia nonostante fossimo 3 c'è n'era solo 1

Lovely, comfortable apartment in a great location. The stairs were difficult but this wouldn’t put us off staying there
The location was excellent and the history of the building made it very interesting
The climb up the stairs as we were on the 3rd floor which wasn’t easy with suitcases
