    This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. The breakfast was included but pretty average. Davos was a stop on a 10 day driving holiday around the Alps and Lakes, this hotel was the second most expensive but ranked by us 10th.

    Das Hotel lebt von dem Flair als Jugendstilhotel. Es wirkt aus der Zeit gefallen mit tollem Charme. Einrichtung könnte trotz der erhaltenswerten Ausstattung zumindest tlw. erneuert werden (z. B. Badezimmer). Traumhaft schöne Gegend mit gut beschilderten Wanderwegen. Ruhe. Keine Autos! Sehr freundliches Personal. Gehobene Preise im Restaurant.
