للاسف كانت المعاملة جدا جافة وغير لبقين الموظفة لم تكن موجودة وانتضرت انا وعائلتي لين نص ساعه وجات الموظفه ولما رحنا للشقة لم يكن هناك لفت والشقة في الدور الرابع عند وصولنا للشقة وجدة أمرأه بالداخل وكانت الساعة 10 مساء وعند اعتراضي لوجود أمرأة بالداخل قالت الموظفة انها سوف تخرج الان واذا لم يعجبك يمكنك الغاء الاقامة من الموقع وفعلا قمت بألغاء الحجز ولكن لم يتم استرداد مالي على الرغم اني راسلت بوكنق واخبرتهم بالموضوع ولكن بوكنق لم يسترد اي مبلغ لي لا انصح بالاقامة في المكان يتعمدون الاسائة ليتم اخذ المال بدون اقامة الشخص ولايستردونه Unfortunately, the service was very cold and rude. Upon arrival, we found a woman inside at 10 PM. When I objected to the woman being there, the employee said she would leave immediately and that if I didn't like it, I could cancel the booking through the website. I did cancel the reservation, but I didn't receive a refund, even though I contacted Booking.com and explained the situation. Booking.com didn't refund me at all. I don't recommend staying at this place; they deliberately mistreat people to take their money without providing a room and then refuse to refund it.
