Leider nicht das, was man von einem 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet
Flauschige Handtücher, Rituals Produkte, Zimmerreinigung 2 mal täglich, Frühstücksbuffet und Service, Spa Bereich und Aufgüsse, Abschiedspaket und Scheibenreinigung. Die kostenlosen Tageskarten für die Seilbahnen waren toll.
Frage beim Check In, ob wir Geschwister wären. Zimmerreinigung Teppich sehr sporadisch, Silberfische, Getränke wurden an mehreren Tagen nicht gebracht, auch auf Nachfrage nicht, teilweise lange Wartezeiten um beim Service die Rechnung zu bekommen. Einmal nach 2 Stunden warten wurde uns nur schnippisch mitgeteilt, dass es schon bezahlt wurde. Wir wissen jedoch nicht von wem. Das Buffet beim Abendessen hatte sehr wenig Auswahl. Für Vegetarier und Veganer gab es eine Option, aber die sah nicht besonders ansprechend aus. Insgesamt waren wir von der Qualität des Abendessens und dem Service enttäuscht. Man hat sich nicht wohl gefühlt. Auch haben uns schöne gemütliche Ecken im Hotel gefehlt. Die Einrichtung wirkte in den meisten Bereichen nicht modern. Die Fotos vom Essen und den schönen Bereichen sind teilweise gar nicht von der Halbpension gedeckt, sondern nur durch zusätzliche Kosten zb im Sushi- Restaurant oder im Golfclub zu erhalten. Leider konnte uns auch keiner Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten oder Wanderrouten geben. Das kennen wir sonst anders.
