    Enttäuschung beim Zimmerwechsel

    Die Lage war in toll Das Frühstück war in Ordnung

    ​Die Zimmer wirken veraltet und renovierungsbedürftig. Ich habe bewusst ein teureres Zimmer gewählt, um wie auf Booking beschrieben eine Badewanne zu haben. Vor Ort musste ich feststellen, dass das günstigere Zimmer meines Kollegen identisch groß war – allerdings mit Badewanne. ​Die Reaktion der Rezeption war enttäuschend: Ich durfte zwar wechseln, aber nur in ein Zimmer mit noch älterem Bad und ohne Aussicht. Dass für dieses offensichtliche Downgrade der volle Preis verlangt wurde, ist keineswegs kundenfreundlich. Zu allem Überfluss gab es auch noch gravierende Hygienemängel (fremdes Nasensekret auf dem Bettlaken).

    Perfect

    The service was excellent, and the communication and feedback before and after check-in were prompt. There are parking spaces available for charging. The service was enthusiastic, attentive, and left a deep impression. The location is great, the castle is right outside the hotel, and the view is really great. Breakfast is great, coffee is good.

    The bathtub drainage is a bit slow
