    Familenfreundliche Wohnung in ruhiger, grüner Gegend, neuwertige Ausstattung der gesamten Wohnung

    Alle Fotos der Anzeige sind aktuell und zustreffend! Die Wohnung ist neuwertig, in einem Stadtteil mit vielen Familien gelegen und absolut schalldicht bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Wir haben von den weiteren Gästen der anderen Wohnungen im Haus absolut nichts gehört, kein Geräusch, nichts. Das war wirklich außergewöhnlich! Alle Dinge, die für uns Erholung ausmachen sind vorhanden: - Elektrische Rolladen an allen Fenstern (Stichwort: Hitze) - Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine - Bequeme Betten (weiche bis mittelfeste Matratzen) - Schöner, großer Balkon Als wir bemerkten, dass keine Thermoskanne vorhanden war, konnten wir beim Einkaufen Ersatz beschaffen und bekamen am gleichen Tag unkompliziert das Geld zurück, wirklich klasse! :-)

    - Beide Türen, Haustür und Wohnungstür mussten jedes Mal mit verschiedenen 6-stelligen Codes geöffnet werden. Wenigstens bei der Wohnungstür wäre ein Schlüssel einfacher gewesen. - Wir persönlich mögen keine "offenen" Lampen komplett ohne Lampenschirm. Industriell-Look ist grade top-modern; gemütlich ist es nicht. Die Lichtstimmung erninnert an herunterhängende Glühbirnen. Aber das ist natürlich jammern auf Luxus-Niveau. ;-)
